Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your device Settings > your Apple ID or Google account > Subscriptions > Mintza > Cancel. Mintza does not handle billing directly.

How do I delete my account?

Open Mintza > Account > Delete all data. This permanently removes your account and all data from our servers.

I lost my account after switching phones.

Sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used before. Your account, minutes, and settings will be restored automatically.

My minutes seem incorrect.

Contact us at support@paintingstack.com with your Account ID (found in the Account screen) and we will investigate.

Is my voice recorded?

No. Your voice is streamed in real-time to our AI for the conversation. No audio is recorded or stored. Brief teacher-side context is kept to let you resume conversations.

What happens to my unused minutes?

Free minutes (10 total) never expire. Paid plan minutes reset monthly on your billing date. Unused paid minutes do not roll over.

Can I use Mintza offline?

No. Mintza requires an internet connection for voice conversations since they are processed in real-time by AI.
