Mintza
Mintza is a language learning app where you practice speaking with an AI teacher. Conversations are generated by artificial intelligence. Mintza is a practice tool, not a certified language program.
You sign in with Apple or Google to save your progress and use the app. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You can delete your account and all associated data from the app at any time.
Mintza offers minute-based subscriptions billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime in your device settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their policies.
Free minutes (10 total, lifetime) are provided at no cost. Unused paid minutes do not roll over between billing periods.
All teacher responses are generated by AI. They may contain errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of corrections, translations, or language advice.
Do not use Mintza to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content. Do not attempt to bypass minute limits or manipulate the AI system. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We work to keep Mintza running well, but we can’t promise it will always be available without interruptions, and we may change or improve features over time. If we ever have to discontinue Mintza, we’ll give you reasonable notice and won’t charge you for a paid period you can no longer use.
Mintza is a practice tool, and like any software it isn’t perfect: we can’t guarantee it always works without errors. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for damages arising from your use of the app. None of this removes the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
