Is my voice recorded?

No. Your voice is streamed in real-time to our AI for the conversation. No audio is recorded or stored. Brief teacher-side context is kept to let you resume conversations.

What happens when I run out of minutes?

Your conversation ends. Free minutes (10 total) never expire. Paid plans reset monthly on your billing date.

Can I switch languages?

Yes. Change your learning language anytime in Settings. Your profile and level are saved per language pair.

Does Mintza work offline?

No. Mintza requires an internet connection because conversations are processed in real-time by AI.

What happens to my unused minutes?

Free minutes never expire. Paid plan minutes reset monthly. Unused paid minutes do not roll over.

How do I cancel?

Open your device Settings, go to your Apple ID or Google account, tap Subscriptions, find Mintza, and tap Cancel.
