Undertone

Terms of Service

Undertone is a color analysis app for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Android that runs entirely on your device. By using it, you agree to these terms, which cover how you can use the app, what Premium includes, and what we promise.

Free and Premium

Undertone is free to use. Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, billed through the App Store or Google Play in your local currency, that unlocks the app’s paid features. You can restore it on a new device or after reinstalling, signed in to the store account that bought it. Refunds follow the App Store and Google Play policies.

Your content

You own the images you analyze. All processing happens on your device, and we never receive, store, or transmit your images. See our Privacy Policy for the limited, anonymous analytics and crash data the app sends.

Acceptable use

Use Undertone for its intended purpose, and please don’t try to break, copy, or misuse it.

Availability

We work to keep Undertone running and may add, change, or remove features over time. Because your analyses are stored on your own device, they stay with you even if we stop updating the app. If we ever discontinue Undertone, we’ll give reasonable notice.

Our responsibility

Undertone is provided as is. We do our best to keep it working well, but like any software it isn’t perfect and we can’t guarantee it will be error-free on every device and OS version. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for damages arising from your use of the app. None of this removes the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Changes

If we update these terms, the new version will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
