Undertone

What we collect

• Images you submit for analysis. Your photo is sent to our server for AI processing. We do not store images after analysis is complete.
• Usage analytics. Anonymous data: which screens you visit and features you use. No personal information is attached.
• Crash reports. Technical error data when the app crashes. No personal information is included.
• Device identifier. A random ID generated on your device, used only to count free analyses per month. It is not linked to your identity.
• Feedback messages. If you choose to send feedback, we receive your message and, if provided, your email address.

What we don't collect

• We don't create user accounts
• We don't collect your name or location
• We don't store your images on our servers
• We don't sell or share data with third parties
• We don't show ads

Third-party services

• OpenRouter — processes images through AI models. openrouter.ai/privacy
• Umami — self-hosted anonymous analytics. umami.is/privacy
• GlitchTip — self-hosted crash reporting. glitchtip.com/legal/privacy

Your control

Analysis results are stored only on your device. You can delete all your data from Settings. Uninstalling the app removes everything locally.

To request deletion of any data we hold (such as a feedback message you sent), contact privacy@paintingstack.com.
