What we collect
- Usage analytics. Anonymous data: which screens you visit and features you use. No personal information is attached.
- Crash reports. Technical error data when the app crashes. No personal information is included.
- Device identifier. A random ID created on your device so we can tell returning users apart in our anonymous analytics. It is not your name or email and is not linked to your identity.
- Feedback messages. If you choose to send feedback, we receive your message and, if you add them, your email address and a screenshot.
What we don't collect
- We don't create user accounts
- We don't collect your name or location
- We don't send your images to any server. All analysis is performed on your device.
- We don't sell or share data with third parties
- We don't show ads
Third-party services
Your control
Your analyses and images are stored on your device. You can erase them anytime with Delete All Data in Settings. Uninstalling the app removes them too. A little technical data in the system keychain (your purchase status and the random analytics ID) can remain; reinstalling resets your purchase status, and the analytics ID stays anonymous.
To request deletion of any data we hold (such as a feedback message you sent), contact privacy@paintingstack.com.
