Trazu
Your drawings are stored locally on your device only. Nothing is uploaded to our servers. There are no accounts, no server storage, and no cloud sync. Uninstalling Trazu removes them from your device.
We use self-hosted analytics (Umami) to understand how the app is used. This includes:
No cookies. No advertising identifiers. No tracking across apps or websites. Analytics are self-hosted on our own infrastructure, with no third-party access.
We use self-hosted error tracking (Sentry on GlitchTip) to detect and fix crashes. Crash reports include device type, operating system version, app version, and the error details (stack traces, error messages). They do not include your drawings or any content you create in the app.
If you choose to send feedback from inside Trazu (Settings, Send Feedback), the message you write is sent to our team along with the app version and platform. The following fields are optional and only sent if you choose to provide them:
If you do not fill in the email field or attach a screenshot, neither is sent. Feedback messages reach our team through Telegram and are not shared with anyone else.
Analytics events are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. Crash reports are retained for up to 12 months. Feedback messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and improve the app, typically no more than 12 months. You can ask us to delete your feedback and any reply email at any time by writing to privacy@paintingstack.com.
All your drawings stay on your device. Uninstalling Trazu removes them, your anonymous identifier, and your local Pro receipt. To request deletion of the data we hold, email privacy@paintingstack.com from the device or account you used: tell us you want your Trazu data deleted and we will remove the anonymous analytics and crash records associated with your install, along with any feedback message and reply email you sent us. Drawings are never on our servers, so they are not part of this request.
Trazu is suitable for all ages, including children, and we welcome younger painters. We built it to be safe for families: no ads, no social features, no chat, no accounts, and no third-party tracking.
The only information that ever leaves the device, for anyone including children, is the anonymous analytics and crash data described above, tagged with a random identifier generated on the device. We use it solely for the internal operations of running, maintaining, and improving Trazu. We never use it for advertising, never build profiles of users, never track users across other apps or websites, and never sell or share it. We do not knowingly collect a child's name, email address, precise location, contacts, or any other personal information; the optional feedback email is sent only if a user chooses to type it in.
These practices are designed to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation, including its protections for children (GDPR-K). A parent or guardian can ask us to review or delete any data associated with their child at any time by writing to privacy@paintingstack.com.
