Terms of Service
Skisa is an app for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Android that turns a photo into a line drawing on your device. By using it, you agree to these terms, which cover how you can use the app, what Premium includes, and what we promise.
Free and Premium
Skisa is free to use. Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, billed through the App Store or Google Play in your local currency, that unlocks the app’s paid features. You can restore it on a new device or after reinstalling, signed in to the store account that bought it. Refunds follow the App Store and Google Play policies.
Your content
You own your photos and everything you make from them. Your sketches stay on your device, and we never upload, access, or store your content. See our Privacy Policy for the limited, anonymous analytics and crash data the app sends.
Acceptable use
Use Skisa for its intended purpose, and please don’t try to break, copy, or misuse it. You are responsible for having the right to use the photos you bring into the app.
Availability
Drawing and exporting work without an internet connection. Buying or restoring Premium goes through the App Store or Google Play, so that part needs one. We work to keep Skisa running and may change or improve features over time. If we ever discontinue it, we’ll give reasonable notice.
Our responsibility
Skisa is provided as is. Like any software, it isn’t perfect, and we can’t promise it will always work without errors or interruption. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for damages arising from your use of the app. None of this removes the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make an important change, we’ll note it here and update the date below. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
