Koadro
Koadro turns your own photos into pixel art. Your photos, the pixel art you make, and your projects are stored only on your device. They never leave your phone or computer, and we cannot see them.
We use self-hosted analytics (Umami) to understand how the app is used, so we can make it better. This includes:
We attach a random ID to your device so we can tell repeat visits apart. It is not your name or email, and we cannot trace it back to you. We never send your photos or your pixel art. No cookies. No tracking across other apps or websites.
If the app crashes, we collect a crash report through our self-hosted error tracking (GlitchTip). It includes the device type, the operating system version, your language, whether you have Premium, and the technical details of the crash. It does not include your name, your email, or your photos. Crash reporting runs only in the released app, never while we are developing it.
Premium is a one-time purchase handled by the App Store or Google Play. They process the payment and share the purchase details with us so we can unlock Premium. We never see your card details. Whether you have Premium is stored on your device.
When you send feedback through the app, your message (and optionally your email and an attached image) reaches us so we can read it and reply. This only happens when you tap send. We use it only for that. It comes through our self-hosted notification service and is also recorded in our self-hosted analytics as a backup. We do not use it for anything else.
Your photos and projects live on your device. Delete any project from the Projects screen to remove it and its image. Uninstalling the app erases everything you made in Koadro.
