Cleangarden Cleangarden

Privacy Policy

Cleangarden is a browser extension that sorts your own YouTube playlists using your YouTube account. This policy explains what we collect, what we don’t, and the control you have.

What we collect

What we don’t store

Analytics and feedback

To improve Cleangarden, we use usage analytics and error tracking that run on our own servers, so no outside company receives them. They are tied to a random ID in your browser, not to your name or email:

We don’t sell your data or share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we don’t show ads.

YouTube

We use the YouTube Data API v3 to fetch your playlists and video details on your behalf. This is shown in the extension and not stored on our servers.

By using this extension, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Our use of Google API data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access anytime at your Google account’s permissions page.

Account deletion

Open the extension, click the account icon, then Delete account. We delete your email right away, and keep a de-identified Google sign-in identifier so the account can be recreated cleanly if you sign in again; we remove that too on request. Your playlists are never stored on our servers, so there is nothing there to delete. If you have uninstalled the extension or cannot sign in, email privacy@paintingstack.com and we will delete your account, usually within a few business days.
