Yes. Everything works offline. Your data is stored locally on your device. Internet is only needed if you use Cloud Sync.

Do I need an account?

What exercises can I track?

Push-ups, squats, planks, pull-ups, lunges, and burpees. Six exercises. No custom exercises.

Does it count reps automatically?

No. You enter reps manually after each set. No phone placement, no sensors, no guesswork.

What is the difference between free and paid?

Every feature works for free. Logging, stats, charts, 56 achievements, CSV export — all included. The one-time Cloud Sync purchase adds backup and sync across devices.

Is my data private?

Your data never leaves your device unless you opt in to Cloud Sync. No analytics on your workout data. It is yours alone.
