Kountrain

What we collect

Your workout data (exercises, reps, timestamps) is stored locally on your device. If you sign in with Google or Apple and purchase cloud sync, your workout data is also stored on our server to keep your devices in sync.

If you create an account, we store your email address to identify your account.

Analytics

We use self-hosted analytics (Umami) to understand how the app is used. This includes:

• Which screens you visit
• Device type and screen size
• Language preference

No personal identifiers. No cookies. No tracking across apps or websites. Analytics are self-hosted -- no third-party access.

Crash reporting

We use self-hosted error tracking (Sentry) to detect and fix crashes. Crash reports include device type and error details. No personal data is included.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share data with third parties
• We don't show ads
• We don't use third-party tracking SDKs

Your control

All data stays on your device by default. Cloud sync is optional and requires a one-time purchase. You can delete your account and all server data from Settings. Uninstalling the app removes all local data.
